Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force seizes cocaine, meth, and $23K in Watertown raid; woman arrested

WATERTOWN, NY — On 07/28/26 members of the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force being assisted by the Watertown Police Department; ID unit, and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a residence located at 1736 Burns Ave. Apt. C, in the City of Watertown Jefferson County, NY. The search warrant was signed by Watertown City Court Honorable Judge Doheny. Kearney was stopped in a vehicle in the City of Watertown and brought back to her apartment.

Upon entry, the residence was occupied by her 15- year-old son. At the conclusion of the search warrant several items were found and recovered to include:

– US Currency totaling approximately $23,296.00
– Approximately 101.5 grams of cocaine.
– Approximately 343 grams of methamphetamine.
– 18.8 grams of fentanyl
– One set of digital scales

This was the result of information being developed by the Drug Task Force that illegal narcotics were being trafficked from this apartment.

Arrested as a result of this investigation:

Allison M. Kearney, 38 YOA

– 1 Counts Criminal Possession of a controlled substance 2nd degree
– 2 Counts of criminal Possession of controlled substance 3rd degree
– 1 Count of Criminal Use of drug paraphernalia 2nd degree

Kearney was arraigned in Jefferson County Cap Court and remanded to Jefferson County Jail.

As this investigation continues, additional charges are pending.
