We are extremely excited to continue to grow our Primary Care Team and expand access to high-quality care to the residents of the North Country. Dr. Jayne will be a real asset to the Health Center as she specializes in care for patients of all ages – from newborn to elderly,” comments Joey Marie Horton, Chief Executive Officer, North Country Family Health Center.

If you are interested in making an appointment with Dr. Jayne please call our main office at 315-782-9450. She, along with the Health Center’s other pediatric providers, welcomes expectant mothers to schedule a “meet-and-greet” meeting in order to tour our facility, talk with and become more comfortable with their new pediatrician prior to giving birth. Additionally, the Health Center’s other pediatric and family practice providers are actively taking new patients. North Country Family Health Center prides itself on being a Patient-Centered Medical Home and provides high quality services that are accessible, affordable, patient-centered, and integrated.

“I welcome the opportunity to work at the North Country Family Health Center and am excited to begin working with and educating patients and their families,” comments Dr. Jayne. “I am fortunate to return to where I spent the first few years of my life and give back to the community. My years of pediatric and internal medicine experience have exposed me to many different medical situations and
educational opportunities. My own pediatrician, Dr. George S. Sturtz, was instrumental in the development of the Health Center (formerly The Children’s Clinic). I look forward to bringing my experience and knowledge to my patients at the Health Center.”
