Northern Credit Union announces expansion of Carthage relationship center

Construction is expected to be complete in Spring 2021

WATERTOWN, NY – Northern Credit Union announced today plans to expand its
existing Carthage Relationship Center.

The first of three construction phases for the relationship center kicked off today. For members’ convenience, the relationship center will remain open with minimal impact to member service during construction. All construction is expected to be complete by Spring 2021.

The updated Carthage Relationship Center will feature two Personal Teller Machines with advanced ATM capabilities, a designated business banking area for cash and coin needs, and an interactive touchscreen kiosk for credit union resources and needs. In addition to these enhancements, members can expect to
see the same friendly faces and receive the same personalized service they’ve come to expect from the Carthage Member Relations team. Members will also have access to an automatic coin machine, three smart offices to connect them directly with lenders and advisors through secure video chat, a children’s play area, and a tablet-equipped waiting area.

Personal Teller Machines connect members with a Live Teller during business hours to complete most banking transactions. The advanced ATM capabilities at these machines allow members to complete more transactions without a Live Teller and with just their debit cards, including check cashing, loan payments,
printing mini-statements, and choosing specific denominations for a withdrawal.
