WATERTOWN, NY – Northern Credit Union is excited to announce finalized lease
agreements to open new relationship centers in Dexter and Croghan.
The Dexter relationship center will be conveniently located at 109 Water Street. Additional plans for a drive-thru ATM and Personal Teller kiosk are in the works.
The Croghan relationship center will be located in the historic former Marilley Building at 9804 Main Street with a walk-up ATM and Personal Teller kiosk. We’re working diligently to identify a convenient location to also provide drive-thru service to the community.
Each ATM will offer 24/7 access with Personal Teller service available during business hours.
Personal Tellers provide the option to speak with a Watertown-based team member onscreen in a video conference to complete most common transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, share-to-share transfers, and loan payments.
We’re making an effort to open both relationship centers by the end of May. As work begins at each location, we’ll be on-site in both communities to answer questions and assist in opening new accounts and loans.
We’ll be at the Croghan Fire Hall this Saturday, April 20 from 9am-12pm, and the following days through the rest of April:
Mondays from 2pm to 5pm
Tuesdays from 3pm to 6pm
Wednesday from 7am to 10am
Thursday from 2pm to 5pm
Friday from 8am to 11am
We’ll announce finalized dates for our Dexter events on our website, social media and via email.
