“We’re excited to welcome Northern to the Harrisville community. The Town is incredibly grateful for the opportunity to partner with a financial institution that is owned by its members and puts people above profit. As a Northern member-owner, everyone in Harrisville and the surrounding area will have an equal voice and say in the future direction of their community Credit Union,” said Zach Smith, Supervisor of the Town of Diana.

“We’re thankful for the warm welcome and the many enthusiastic Northern supporters and community members in Harrisville. We look forward to serving the Harrisville community and offering a new sense of stability with our people-first philosophy. Our member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative’s primary purpose is to meet the financial needs of our members and the communities we serve,” said Dan St. Hilaire, President & CEO of Northern Credit Union.

Times of operation for the temporary health center location are being determined through a survey of area resident preferences. This temporary location will support the community’s banking needs, from everyday transactions to opening new accounts, loans and more. The entire Northern team is looking forward to serving the community and earning their trust.
