CLAYTON, NY — The Thousand Islands Arts Center has received a $1,500 grant through the Nonprofit Capacity Building Initiative of the Northern New York Community Foundation. The funding will help supplement the costs associated with the Arts Center’s use of the Paychex HR platform, strengthening the organization’s internal operations as it continues to grow.
“In an environment where every dollar counts, this grant will support our efforts to
professionalize our back-office operations,” said Mia Ramseier, executive director of the Thousand Islands Arts Center. “As our organization grows, this project will enable our team to spend less time on paperwork and remain focused on community engagement, program expansion, and advancing our mission.”
The grant represents an investment not only in technology, but also in the Arts Center’s long-term organizational health, establishing efficient internal systems and a stronger administrative foundation. The Arts Center is deeply grateful to the Northern New York Community Foundation for its continued investment in the Arts Center and its commitment to strengthening nonprofit organizations throughout the region.
