WATERTOWN, NY – NYSCOPBA members will be joined by State Legislators today outside of Watertown Correctional Facility to discuss the closure of the facility and two other prisons by Governor Cuomo just days before Christmas.  The closures will have another negative economic impact on local communities already suffering through the pandemic as potentially hundreds of employees and their families will be uprooted by the closures.
