NYSP: Ellisburg man arrested for sharing child pornography images to over 100 Facebook users
WATERTOWN, NY — State Police arrested Anildar V. Roblero-Gomez, age 25 from Ellisburg, NY for (2) counts of Possession of Obscene Sexual Performance by a Child (E felony) and (1) count of Promoting Sexual Performance of a Child (D felony).
Anildar V. Roblero-Gomez is charged with sending and receiving images and videos consistent with child pornography via Facebook. He was the target of multiple cybertips and responsible for sending videos consistent with the sexual exploitation of children to over 100 other Facebook users, troopers said.
Gomez was arraigned in the town of Ellisburg Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building on $20,000 cash bail / $40,000 bond.
The investigation is continuing and additional charges are pending.
This investigation was conducted by members of the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, which includes members of the New York State Police, Homeland Security Investigations and the U.S. Marshals Service.
