SCHUYLER FALLS, NY —Â On August 29, 2021, at approximately 6:30 p.m., State Police arrested 58-year-old John M. Ormsby of Schuyler Falls for DWI after he was stopped on his lawn mower while driving through the intersection of State Route 22B and Norrisville Road in Schuyler Falls.
His blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.22 percent, troopers said.
Ormsby was charged with Felony DWI and Felony Aggravated DWI, due to a previous conviction for DWI within the preceding ten years. He was also charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st degree and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd degree.
Ormsby was issued tickets returnable in Schuyler Falls Town Court.
He was then transported to the Clinton County Jail on an active arrest warrant issued by the Clinton County Court on an unrelated case.
