POTSDAM, NY —Â On Nov. 14, 2020, State Police arrested 21-year-old Bailey Ramsdell of Stockholm, after an investigation revealed he allegedly failed to provide food and water to four rabbits and they were found deceased at his residence on October 31, 2020.
Ramsdell was charged with one count of Failure to Provide Proper Sustenance under the Agriculture and Market Law section 353.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable in Stockholm Town Court.
