WATERTOWN, NY — On March 29, 2023, the New York State Police in Watertown arrested Edgar L. Richardson, age 45, from Watertown, NY for Criminal Mischief second-degree (D-felony), Grand Larceny foirth-degree (E-felony), and Criminal Trespass third-degree (B-misdemeanor).
Mr. Richardson is alleged to have caused damage to and stolen property from several vehicles located at a business in the town of Pamelia in 2021.
Mr. Richardson was arraigned in Court and remanded to the Jefferson County Public Safety Building.
