Oswego Sheriff’s Office blotter June 26

OSWEGO, NY — The Oswego Sheriff’s Office released the following arrest information on June 26, 2018:

On 6/17/18 at 4:06 p.m., Christopher J. McCann, 28, of 877 Silk Rd., Fulton, NY was operating a 2001 Dodge pickup north on Silk Rd. in the Town of Volney, ½ mile north of CR 45, when he reportedly fell asleep causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a utility pole.  Mr. McCann was issued a UTT for Failure to Keep Right.

On 6/20/18 at 7:15 p.m., Bobbi J. St. Andrews, 26, of 77 SR 48, Bldg. 51, Fulton, NY was arrested for Criminal Tampering, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief, fourth-degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into a domestic incident that occurred in the Town of Granby where she allegedly damaged items in a residence along with spitting in a patrol vehicle.  Ms. St. Andrews is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/11/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 6/21/18 at 1:26 p.m., Ernest W. Brown, 56, of 739 CR 35, Apt. A, Mexico, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on CR 35 in the Town of Palermo.  Mr. Brown is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/16/18 in the Town of Palermo Court.

On 6/22/18 at 11:59 p.m., an eleven-year-old male residing in the Town of Williamstown was charged based on a PINS petition issued out of Oswego County Family Court.  The male was arraigned in Family Court and transported to a secure detention facility in Jefferson County.

On 6/24/18 at 11:31 a.m., Shawn M. Cummings, 46, of 807 Rider Street, Parish, NY was operating a 1991 Artic Cat ATV north on off road trail in the Town of Parish, 200 feet south of Montgomery Street, when he lost control on a curve due to the tire striking a stump which caused the vehicle to overturn.  Mr. Cummings was transported by ambulance to the Syracuse VA Medical Center.

On 6/25/18 at 10:30 a.m., Dustin J. Baker, 18, of 167 Nine Mile Point Rd., Oswego, NY was arrested for Criminal Tampering, third-degree, a class B misdemeanor following a domestic dispute in the Town of Scriba where he allegedly punched a Plexiglass window out of the victim’s front door. Mr. Baker is scheduled to answer the charge on 6/28/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 6/25/18 at 5:40 p.m., Curtis D. Foultz, 37, of 15065 King Rd., Sterling, NY was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Hannibal Court.  Mr. Foultz was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 bond with a return to Town of Hannibal Court on 7/17/18.

On 6/25/18 at 8:38 p.m., Dustin J. Baker, 18, of 167 Nine Mile Point Rd., Oswego, NY; Leanne M. Huggins, 19, of 451 CR 11, Apt. 34, Oswego, NY and a 17-year-old female residing in the Town of New Haven were all charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident in the Town of New Haven where they were reportedly yelling vulgarities. All three individuals are scheduled to answer the charge on 7/19/18 in the Town of New Haven Court.
