WATERTOWN, NY — Robert M. Holes Jr., 32, of 118 Oak St., Smithville, PA, was charged by Watertown police at 11:10 p.m. Monday, July 30, at 1142 Arsenal St. with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
He is accused of applying pressure to the neck and throat of Danielle Garthwaite, 30, with his right forearm during a domestic incident at Denny’s restaurant, 1142 Arsenal St., police said.
He was being held pending arraignment Tuesday morning in City Court.
