WATERTOWN, NY — The funeral for Penny A. Towsley, 56, will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2019, at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home, Watertown. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. A calling hour will precede the funeral at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m.
Penny passed away Sunday, Feb. 3, at Hospice of Jefferson County.
Born Jan. 2, 1963, in Alexandria Bay, a daughter to Carl and Leona Simpson, she was educated locally.
She enjoyed playing games on her telephone and watching television.
She is survived by her siblings: Josephine (Allen) Cronk of Watertown, Carl “Bucky” Simpson, Jr., Watertown; her boyfriend: Mark Chouinard, Watertown; and her children: Christa & Bobbi-Jo.
Three brothers, Orin, Rodney and Paul, all died before her.
