WATERTOWN, NY —Â Robert L. Edington, 41, of 3 S. Main St., Philadelphia, was charged by Watertown police at 4:56 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 1, at his residence with petit larceny.
Mr. Edington is accused of stealing a black portable phone charger valued at $16.99 when he removed the item from packaging and exited Kinney Drugs, 905 Coffeen St., without attempting to pay at about 4:17 p.m. Sept. 29, according to court documents.
He is summoned to appear Oct. 14 in City Court.
