Watertown Police Department:
Tammy L. Gallaher, 48, of 26600 State Route 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:50 a.m. Friday, Feb. 14, at 901 Rail Dr. with third-degree stalking, a misdemeanor. According to court documents, Ms. Gallager engaged in a “course of conduct directed at Kari N. LaClair, 43, Watertown, which placed her in reasonable fear of physical injury when she followed the victim from her place of work at 213 Factory St. after threatening to meet her in the parking of said location and cause physical harm to her. The defendant was informed to cease her course of conduct, however she did not and repeatedly drove by the victim’s house honking her horn and sending multiple text messages to a third-party continuing to threaten the victim between the dates of Feb. 10, 2020, and Feb. 13, 2020, causing the victim enough emotional stress to relocate her vehicle into a secure parking lot while at work and purchase a security system for her home.” Ms. Gallaher was being held pending arraignment Friday afternoon in City Court.
Neal R. Hickman, 21, of 336 W. Main St., Apt. 421, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:16 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, in the 200 block of Arsenal Street with resisting arrest and second-degree harassment. Mr. Hickman is accused of using both of his hands to push Marissa A. Hickman, 24, of 525 Mundy St., in her chest repeatedly during a domestic incident in the 200 block of Arsenal St., police said. He also allegedly struggled with officers and refused to provide his hands for handcuffing, according to court documents. Mr. Hickman was being held pending arraignment Saturday morning in City Court. Marrisa was charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly screaming at police officers, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear Feb. 28 in City Court.
Roy A. McAdam, 63, of 19559 Evans Road, Dexter, was charged by Watertown police at 11:57 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14, in the 300 block of Arsenal Street with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and a headlight violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. The charge is a felony due to a previous DWI conviction within the past 10 years, police said. He is summoned to appear March 5 in City Court.
Watertown police investigated a two-vehicle collision shortly after 3:30 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Washington and Sterling streets. Further details have not been released at this time.
