Watertown Police Department:
James R. Jarrett, 31, of 206 Creekwood Dr., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:08 a.m. Friday, May 6, at 544 Mill St. with second-degree burglary, a felony, fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and violation of probation. Mr. Jarrett is accused of unlawfully entering the residence of Jonathan Fisher, 32, at 544 Mill St. and damaging the lock on an interior door by repeatedly kicking it at about 12:06 a.m. Friday at 544 Mill St., according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Rodrick D. Jenkins, 35, of 109 N. Orchard St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:39 a.m. Friday, May 6, at Samaritan Medical Center, 830 Washington St., with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. Mr. Jenkins is accused of possessing a dagger with the intent to use it against another person at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, May 5, at the hospital, according to court documents. Police said he was previously convicted of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 3, 2016, in Jefferson County Court. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Renee C. Gracey, 46, of 124 N. Mechanic St., Carthage, was charged by Watertown police at 6:16 p.m. Thursday, May 5, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with third-degree grand larceny, and three counts of third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies, in connection with an incident on Nov. 1, 2018, in the city of Watertown. She was being held pending arraignment in County Court. Police did not provide further details of the arrest.
Corey D. Stevens, 27, of 9591 Beaver Falls Road, Beaver Falls, was charged by Watertown police at 10:40 p.m. Thursday, May 6, at 821 Arsenal St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor. He is summoned to appear May 24 in City Court.

On 5/1/22 at 7:26pm Brittany L. Fuller age 32 of Potsdam NY was issued a UTT for unlicensed operator on State St. The ticket is returnable in Canton Town Court on 5/25/22.
Town of Webb Police Department:
Joseph M. George, 25, Old Forge, was charged by Town of Webb Police Department on Thursday, May 5, with third-degree forgery following the investigation at Water’s Edge Inn, 3188 State Route 28, Old Forge. Police allege Mr. George altered payroll checks and redeposited the checks in another amount. He is summoned to appear May 24 in Town of Webb Court.
St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office:
Potsdam woman charged with burglary
Kerry A. DeCarlo was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with third-degree burglary and petit larceny after investigating a trespassing complaint at the Walmart in the town of Potsdam. Patrols responded to a report of an individual, identified as DeCarlo, in the store that has an active “No Trespass” order at the store. During the course of the investigation, Kerry A. DeCarlo was found to have entered the store despite the active “No Trespass” order and stole a cart of merchandise, deputies said. Kerry A. DeCarlo was arraigned in front of Judge Mason in Potsdam Town Court and remanded to the St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility.
