Watertown Police Department:
Travis T. Peck, 31, of 24097 State Route 12, Apt. 17, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:04 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 3, in the 100 block of Haley Street with third-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Mr. Peck is accused of entering Parson’s Service Center, 712 W. Main St., through a shop window at about 11:00 a.m. Dec. 8 and stole $900 in cash, according to court documents. He was additionally charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police allege he possessed 7 grams of methamphetamine at about 12:04 a.m. Wednesday in the 100 block of Haley Street. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending a video arraignment.

Garrett S. Kline, 36, of 415 Gotham St., Watertown, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. The warrant was issued by Town of Watertown Court. He was arraigned before Justice Matthew Porter who ordered Kline held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on $2,000 cash bail.

New York State Police:
Christopher J. French, 31, Miramar, Florida, was charged by state police at 4:40 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, in the town of LeRay with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court at a later date.
Enrique F. Cevallos, 44, Carthage, was charged by state police at 12:50 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 2, in the town of Champion with resisting arrest. He is summoned to appear in Champion Town Court at a later date. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
