Watertown Police Department:
Adrian P. Henderson, 56., of 587 Morrison St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 1330 Washington St. with petit larceny. Mr. Henderson is accused of placing four 30-packs of Budweiser beer totaling $109 into his cart and exited Tops, 1330 Washington St., without attempting to pay at about 5:10 p.m. Tuesday, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Feb. 12 in City Court.
Jonathan M. Belden, 26, of 16 Public Square, Apt. 3, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:02 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, at 16 Public Square with disorderly conduct. Mr. Belden is accused of making unreasonable noise by slamming the floor and walls of his apartment while playing loud music, yelling and refusing to cease his activity causing neighboring residents to file number reports, police said. He is summoned to appear Feb. 12 in City Court.
Tyler J. Wilkinson, 29, of 314 S. Rutland St., Apt. F1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:26 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, in the 1800 block of Olmsted Drive with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe lane change. He is summoned to appear Feb. 15 in City Court.
    
Carthage Village Police Department:
Joshua C. LaLone, 31, of 713 Alexandria St., Carthage, was charged by Carthage police at 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, on Adelaide Street in Carthage with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and a license plate display violation. He is ordered to appear Feb. 8 in Village Court.

Stacey R. Dixon, 34, Port Leyden, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies at 1:43 p.m. Jan. 13 with five counts of second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. “Dixon contacted a protected party on five different occasions via text message from Jan. 13, 2021, through Jan. 18, 2021,” deputies allege. Dixon was processed and released with an appearance ticket returnable to Greig Town Court at a later date.

Rebecca J. Keszler, 54, Chaumont, was charged by state police at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26, in the town of Watertown with felony driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide her BAC. The charge is a felony due to a previous charge within the past 10 years, troopers said. She is summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court at a later date.
