Watertown Police Department:
Jesse Lee A. Demarco, 29, of 511 Clay St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:50 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, at 1620 Huntington St. with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. He is accused of violating the terms of CAP Court order of protection when he was found to be in the presence of the protected party, a 3-year-old boy, at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Huntington Heights Apt. E-4, according to court documents. He was being held pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
Jeremy M. Magee, 32, of 23550 State Route 12, Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:58 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, in the 700 block of Bradley Street with third-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies. Mr. Magee is accused of kicking a side entry door at North Side Car Wash, 686 LeRay St., causing the locked door to break open resulting in $2,800 in damages at about 10:38 a.m. Dec. 20, according to court documents. He is also accused of remaining inside the business with a co-defendant “for the purposes of entering the business illegally and committing the crime of larceny therein,” police wrote. He was being held pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Dewayne K. Neal, 53, of 205 E. Lynde St., Apt. A, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:51 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at 205 E. Lynde St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony, and second-degree harassment. Mr. Neal is accused of violating the terms of a City Court order of protection when he pushed the female protected party causing scratches to her chest at about 1:25 p.m. Saturday at 205 E. Lynde St., Apt. A, according to court documents. He was held for arraignment in CAP Court at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building.
Erica M. Hallisey, 42, of 201 Olive St., Watertown, was arrested at 7:21 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at 144 Eastern Blvd. on a warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. She was arraigned Saturday night in CAP Court.

St. Lawrence County Sheriff’s Office:
Jacob L. Seguin, 23, Chase Mills, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies on County Route 31 in the town of Madrid with aggravated driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right following the investigation of a property damage accident on Jan. 28. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent, deputies said. He is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Darryl S. Boshane, 27, Gouverneur, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies on Jan. 25 with third-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest following a traffic stop on US Highway 11 in the town of Canton. “Deputies initiated a traffic stop from which Mr. Boshane subsequently fled on foot. Mr. Boshane was was later located on the enclosed porch of a nearby residence at which he did not have permission to be on. Mr. Boshane resisted being taken into custody,” deputies wrote. He is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Albert E. James D. Parker, 35, of Keyes Avenue, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 6:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, at the Fort Drum main gate with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Deputies allege he possessed a Glock 21 handgun in his vehicle without a valid NYS pistol permit. He is summoned to appear Feb. 17 in CAP Court.
Steven W. Ray, 41, of 6261 State Route 21, Williamson, NY, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 6:34 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, at McDonald’s, 58 W. Church St., Adams, with common law DWI and imprudent speed following an accident on Interstate 81. Deputies said he refused to provide a breath sample to determine his blood alcohol content. Mr. Ray was traveling north on I-81 in a 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck when he lost control due to the slush covered roadway and unsafe speed causing the vehicle to spin out and strike a 2017 Subaru SUV operated by Mark A. Parrish, 53, Baldwinsville, which caused the SUV to then strike a guardrail, according to an accident report. He is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Kevin S. Woodward, 51, of 8483 LeRay St., Apt. 3, Evans Mills, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 11:31 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, at his residence with third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor. Mr. Woodward is accused of falsely reporting to the Jefferson County 911 Center that his daughter was being harmed in his vehicle outside of his apartment on Sunday morning, Jan. 29, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear in CAP Court at a later date.

New York State Police:
Enzo R. Bravo, 22, Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 1:55 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 29, in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated and operating a vehicle on a suspended registration. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. He is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Chanelle M. Berrus, 25, Lowville, was charged by state police at 10:21 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, in the town of Harrisburg with common law DWI. Burns is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
Ryan H. Kitts, 39, Philadelphia, was charged by state police at 7:40 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, with unlawful publication of an intimate image, a misdemeanor, in connection with an incident reported Dec. 7. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest. Kitts is summoned to appear in court at a later date.
William T. Rogers, 36, Fayetteville, NC, was charged by state police at 3:04 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, in the town of LeRay with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
Marcus A. Keleher, 39, Potsdam, was charged by state police at 10:21 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 28, in the town of Madrid with driving while intoxicated, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony, and resisting arrest, a misdemeanor. Troopers did not provide further details of the arrest.
