Watertown Police Department:
Jamie M. Doyle, 55, of 229 W. Main St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:2 a.m. Monday, June 21, at 309 Mill St. with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. Mr. Doyle is accused of grabbing a 50-year-old woman by her throat and squeezed, and also blocked an apartment door while refusing to allow her to leave at about 2:47 a.m. Monday at 309 Mill St., Apt. 207, according to court documents. Doyle is also accused of striking the woman in her face several times, pulled her hair and threw a ball of rice striking her in the back of the head during the domestic incident, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending a video arraignment in City Court.
Jamie P. Bonanno, 32, of 357 California Rd., Gouverneur, was charged by Watertown police at 1:45 a.m. Monday, June 21, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation, and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors. He is accused of putting his hands around the throat of a 14-year-old boy and applied pressure at about 11:32 p.m. Sunday at 1750 Burns Ave., Apt. A, according to court documents. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending a video arraignment in City Court.
William H. Keith IV, 20, of 685 Oswego Ave., Apt. 111, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 3:07 a.m. Sunday, June 20, at Samaritan Medical Center with trespass and disorderly conduct. Mr. Keith is accused of refusing to leave the hospital despite being told several times by staff to leave and argued with police officers at about 2:53 a.m. Sunday, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear July 9 in City Court.
Narciso Martinez, 26, of 358 W. Lynde St., Apt. B, Warertown, was cited by Watertown police at 12:08 a.m. Saturday, June 19, in the 400 block of Black River Parkway with disorderly conduct. Police said Mr. Martinez obstructed traffic by walking in the middle of the westbound lane causing vehicle traffic to make complete stops and pull over into the opposing lane. He is summoned to appear July 8 in City Court.
Brandon M. Cronce, 29, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:08 a.m. Saturday, June 19, at 607 Holcomb St. with second-degree burglary, a felony, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Mr. Cronce is accused of entering and remaining inside the apartment of Jacob Desormo, 31, 607 Holcomb St., Apt. 15, and allegedly damaged a mirror, light fixture, doorknob and other items belonging to Mr. Desormo, according to court documents. He was being held pending arraignment in City Court.
Matthew J.L. Askerneese, 34, of 661 Factory St., Apt. 13-4, Watertown, was arrested at 8:32 p.m. Friday, June 18, at 661 Factory St. on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held pending arraignment for three bench warrants, police said.
Miguel J. Ramirez, 19, of 109 Court St., Apt. 404, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:23 p.m. Friday, June 18, on Public Square with driving while ability impaired by a combination of drugs and alcohol, unsafe turn and driving without a license. He is summoned to appear July 7 in City Court.
Ryan H. Rickett, 22, of 116 N. Indiana Ave., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:33 p.m. Friday, June 18, in the 200 block of Bellew Avenue with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, unsafe turn, unsafe lane change, insufficient tail lamps, speeding and suspended registration. He is summoned to appear June 30 in City Court.
Ryan H. Rickett, 22, of 116 N. Indiana Ave., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:14 a.m. Saturday, June 19, at 1429 Gill St. with unauthorized use of a vehicle without consent, a misdemeanor. Mr. Rickett is accused of operating a Mitsubishi Outlander from Buffalo Wild Wings, 1290 Arsenal St., without the consent of the responsible party for the vehicle or the owner at about 10:00 p.m. Friday, June 19, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear June 30 in City Court.
Kyle G. Hanna, 34, of 550 Coffeen St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:43 p.m. Friday, June 18, at 550 Coffeen St. with second-degree criminal impersonation. Police allege he identified himself as Jason E. Hanna with a 1983 date of birth in an attempt to conceal a warrant for his arrest. He was held for a video arraignment, police said.
