Watertown Police Department:
Jacob G. Liebig, 30, of 46 Public Square, Apt. 302, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 4:01 p.m. May 31 at 46 Public Square with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor. Police allege he possessed methamphetamine in his apartment at about 3:08 p.m. May 31. He is summoned to appear June 14 in City Court.
Pauley R. Buckey, 19, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:17 p.m. Saturday, June 4, at 29 Emerson Place with second-degree criminal trespass, a misdemeanor. He is accused of unlawfully entering and remaining inside the residence of Natasha Newton at about 12:29 p.m. Saturday at 29 Emerson Place, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear June 21 in City Court.
John A. Ellsworth, 27, of 823 Water St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:21 p.m. Sunday, June 5, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. Mr. Ellsworth is accused of violating the terms of an order of protection when he contacted the protected party by text message at about 5:09 p.m. Friday, June 3, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear June 21 in City Court.
Klair R. West, 31, of 345 Factory St., Apt. 4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:27 p.m. Friday, June 3, at 345 Factory St. with third-degree falsely reporting an incident, a misdemeanor. Police allege she falsely reported an overdose at 845 Starbuck Ave., Apt. 1203, causing police, fire and ambulance personnel to respond at about 7:32 p.m. June 3. Ms. West “believed the occupant at this location was hacking her cell phone,” police wrote in court documents. West is summoned to appear June 22 in City Court.
Trenton A. Cullen, 27, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 7:13 p.m. Sunday, June 5, at Burger King, 327 State St., with trespassing. Police said he entered and remained inside the restaurant despite being previously banned from the property. He is summoned to appear June 24 in City Court.
John C.M. O’Connor, 42, of 115 Bartlett Road, Sackets Harbor, was charged by Watertown police at 2:34 a.m. Saturday, June 4, in the 100 block of S. Meadow Street with driving while intoxicated, failure to stop at a stop sign and speeding. A blood alcohol content was 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police did not provide the BAC. The arresting officer was Connor Pinsonneault who was assisted by Patrolman Michael G. Finster. Mr. O’Connor is summoned to appear June 24 in City Court.
