Watertown Police Department:
Madison G. Furgison, 24, of 2944 Cataract St., Apt. 1, Copenhagen, was charged by Watertown police at 3:51 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, in the 200 block of Stone Street with driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident. Police said Furgison was traveling west on the one-way street when the 2004 Chevrolet sedan struck an ornamental lamp post on the south shoulder of the roadway causing the light pole to fall to the ground at about 3:23 a.m. Sunday near the intersection with Rexford Place. No injuries were reported. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Her BAC was 0.16 percent, police said. She is summoned to appear Sept. 30 in City Court.
Paul Hudson, 71, of 105 Washington St., Apt. 303, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:40 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, in the 100 block of Washington Street with disorderly conduct. Mr. Hudson is accused of approaching Edward J. Champion, 35, and shoved him during a verbal dispute on a sidewalk in front of 105 Washington St., according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Sept. 23 in City Court.
Edward J. Champion, 35, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 1:35 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, in the 100 block of Washington Street with disorderly conduct. Mr. Champion is accused of yelling and screaming at another pedestrian which a police officer heard while driving by in a patrol vehicle at about 1:35 p.m. Saturday on Public Square, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear Sept. 23 in City Court.
Ronald J. Chapman, Jr., 36, homeless, was charged by Watertown police at 9:54 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at 305 W. Main St. with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor. Mr. Chapman is accused of violating the terms of a stay-away order of protection when he walked by Nicole L. Ross at about 9:41 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, in the 300 block of W. Main Street, according to court documents. The order of protection was issued on Sept. 9, police said. He was held for arraignment Saturday evening.
Alycia G. Parson, 19, of 309 Mill St., Apt. 202, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 2:18 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at McDonald’s, 924 Arsenal St., with trespass. Ms. Parson was advised by a McDonald’s manager and police officers to leave the property and she refused, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear Sept. 22 in City Court.
Joshua R. Maust, 34, of 26081 Jewett Place, Calcium, was charged by Watertown police at 4:00 p.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, speeding, no insurance and driving without a license. He is summoned to appear Sept. 29 in City Court.
Christopher C. Terry, 29, homeless, was arrested at 9:35 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, at 232 W. Main St. on a warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was turned over to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Eric R. Bartholomew, 36, of 737 LeRay St., Watertown, was arrested at 5:37 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at 525 Mill St. on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was held for arraignment in CAP Court.
Philip M. Howard, 56, of 307 Howk St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was arrested at 9:06 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was held for arraignment Friday morning in City Court.

Timourou, 39, Watertown, was charged by state police at 1:23 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 11, on Interstate 81 in the town of Ellisburg with driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident.
