Watertown Police Department:
Christopher M. Dobucki, 31, of 142 Mechanic St., Apt. 506, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:25 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at 142 Mechanic St. with four counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property – credit card, a felony, and four counts of petit larceny, a misdemeanor. Mr. Dobucki is accused of using a stolen debit card belonging to Kesley M. Darou, 28, Watertown, to purchase $34.36 worth of food at Burger King, 327 State St., at about 12:16 p.m. Oct 22, according to court documents. He is also accused of using the debit card to purchase $14.57 worth of items at Walgreens, 1655 State St., at about 7:13 p.m. Oct. 22, $4.09 worth of items at Kinney Drugs, 1729 State St., at about 7:29 p.m. Oct. 22, and $7.10 worth of items at Fastrac, 1709 State St., at about 7:47 p.m. Oct. 22, according to court documents. He was additionally arrested on two bench bench warrants and one arrest warrant, police said. He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
Kendra M. Bigda, 21, of 7612 Easton St., Lowville, was cited by Watertown police at 7:04 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree harassment. Ms. Bigda is accused of pulling the hair of Kayla M. Larkins, 28, Watertown, from behind and then kicked her in the head multiple times at about 7:11 p.m. Nov. 20 at Thompson Park, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear Dec. 20 in City Court.
Traci L. Weir, 35, of 108 S. Orchard St., Apt. 1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:50 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, at 816 Bronson St. with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony. Ms. Weir is accused of damaging several glass window panels on two entry doors belonging to Joseph A. Seeber, 26, causing $785.68 worth of damage at about 11:59 p.m. Sept. 14 at 326 Arsenal St., according to court documents. She was held for arraignment, police said.
Aaron S. Fuller, 20, of 627 Olive St., rear apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:21 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, at Sunoco, 430 Factory St., with second-degree harassment. Mr. Fuller is accused of reaching into the vehicle operated by Debra Cole and used both of his hands to grab and shove her face during an argument at about 11:15 a.m. Monday at 430 Factory St., according to court documents. He was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and later arraigned in City Court.
Aaron S. Fuller, 20, of 627 Olive St., rear apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:21 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13, at Sunoco, 430 Factory St., with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment. He is accused of damaging a Motorola cell phone valued at $49.99 belonging to Amanda K. Cole, 35, Watertown, when he intentionally threw it against a wall, floor and countertop during a domestic incident at about 6:30 p.m. Dec. 12 at 627 Olive St., rear apt., according to court documents. He is also accused of using both of his hands to shove Ms. Cole onto a couch during the same incident, police said. He was transported to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building and later arraigned in City Court.
Lakendrick A. Darby, 28, of 309 Mill St., Apt. 202, Watertown, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. Monday, Dec. 13, at 309 Mill St. on a bench warrant. He was held for arraignment, police said.

Domestic incindet results in charges in Canton
Prentice H. Purvis, age not provided, hometown not provided, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with Menacing in the Second Degree (Misdemeanor), Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree (Misdemeanor), Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Misdemeanor), and Harassment in the Second Degree (Violation) after investigating a report of a domestic incident that occurred on the North Woods Road in the town of Canton. Purvis was found to have menaced two juveniles with a kitchen knife, deputies saidf. He also damaged the property of another individual and struck said individual, deputies said. Purvis was arraigned in front of Judge Morgan of Canton Town Court and released on his own recognizance. A “no harass” order of protection was issued against Purvis in favor of the three victims.
Lewis County Sheriff’s Office:
Levi L. Pfendler, 23, Port Leyden, was charged by Lewis County sheriff’s deputies on Dec. 14 with second-degree harassment. “The arrest stems from a physical altercation that occurred at 6117 Blue Street in Glenfield,” deputies wrote. Pfendler is summoned to appear in Martinsburg Town Court at a later date.
