Watertown Police Department:
Chad E. Bishop, 44, of 272 Moulton St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:22 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 272 Moulton St. with first-degree criminal contempt, a felony. Mr. Bishop is accused of violating the terms of a refrain-from order of protection issued by City Court when he threatened to “smash the face of the protected party, Sharon L. Bishop, 71, during a domestic incident,” at about 11:59 a.m. Tuesday at 272 Moulton St., according to court documents. He was held for arraignment Tuesday afternoon in City Court.
Kevin B. Youmans III, 22, of 630 Grant St., upper apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the 700 block of Starbuck Avenue with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony. Youmans is accused of possessing an electronic stun gun while speaking to patrols, according to court documents. He was previously convicted of a crime on June 16, 2022, police said. He was held for arraignment Tuesday afternoon in City Court.
Todd W. Granger, 43, of 516 Lansing St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 5:42 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 516 Lansing St. with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Mr. Granger is accused of breaking a basket and glass jar valued at approximately $40 belonging to Ashley S. Granger, 35, during a domestic incident at about 5:30 p.m. Tuesday at 516 Lansing St., according to court documents. He was held for arraignment in CAP Court.
Matthew A. Rebb, 36, of 861 State St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:55 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 605 State St. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a seat belt violation. He is summoned to appear Nov. 3 in City Court.
Amanda A. Brown, 31, of 2106901 Floral Dr., Lot 9B, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:45 a.m. Monday, Oct. 24, in the 1700 block of State Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unsafe lane change. She is summoned to appear Nov. 1 in City Court.
Eric J. Washington, Jr., 21, Fort Drum, was charged by Watertown police at 8:52 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, in the 1100 block of Huntington Street with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep right. He is summoned to appear Nov. 9 in City Court.
Gregory A. Lovick, Jr., 26, of 10212 4th Armored Div. Dr., Fort Drum, was arrested at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 25, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a bench warrant, according to the Watertown Police Department. He was being held pending arraignment Wednesday morning in City Court.
