Watertown Police Department:
Miranda Ann Ives, 30, of 613 Boyd St., Apt. 5, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 3:44 a.m. Friday, June 29, at 232 W. Main St. with second-degree counts of criminal obstruction of government administration and harassment. “The defendant intentionally attempted to prevent a uniformed officer from checking the welfare on a reported ill person by blocking the entryway and attempting to physically prevent the officer from entering the residence by grabbing and pulling the officer,” at about 3:26 a.m. Friday, according to court documents. She also allegedly struck the officer in the chest, police said. She was being held on $250 police bail pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
Teresa L. Miller, 46, of 135 Bellew Ave., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:10 a.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 400 block of W. Mullin Street with driving while intoxicated and failure to stop at a stop sign. Her blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent, police said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. She is ordered to appear July 11 in City Court.
Dominic L. Petranchuk, 18, of 8383 S. Main St., Evans Mills., was charged by Watertown police at 6:57 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 300 block of Academy Street with second-degree criminal contempt and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of violating the terms of a Champion Town Court stay-away order of protection when he rode as a passenger in a vehicle with the protected party, a 16-year-old girl, at about 6:38 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Academy Street, police said. He was being held pending arraignment Friday morning in City Court.
William F. Carrigan, 67, of 25 Avery Ave., Apt., 2, Alexandria Bay, was charged by Watertown police at 1:26 p.m. Wednesday, June 27, at 207 S. Hamilton St. with petit larceny. Mr. Carrigan is accused of concealing a $30 metal pipe in his pocket and exited Abstract Glass, 144 Eastern Blvd., without attempting to pay at about 7:40 p.m. June 23, according to court documents. He is summoned to appear July 12 in City Court.
Susana M. Sedjro, 21, of 24999 Gerald Ave., Calcium, was charged by Watertown police at 9:56 p.m. Thursday, June 28, in the 100 block of Winslow Street with operating a vehicle on a suspended registration, driving without a license and failure to stop at a red light. She is summoned to appear July 18 in City Court.
Oswego County Sheriff’s Office:
On 6/13/18 at 4:27 p.m., Donald J. Taber, 47, of 393 Rowlee Rd., Fulton, NY was operating a 2015 Dodge registered to Golden Sun Bus of Oswego, NY east on Church Street in the Town of Parish, 500 feet east of SR 69A, when the vehicle failed to keep right on a curve causing it to collide with a 2003 Oldsmobile traveling west and being operated by Mary S. McClemons, 56, of 110 CR 51A, Oswego, NY. Mr. Taber was issued a UTT Failure to Keep Right.
On 6/24/18 at 12:55 p.m., Brandie L. Beckwith, 43, of 160 Minckler Rd., Mexico, NY was operating a 2004 Chevrolet pickup south on CR 35 in the Town of Palermo when she failed to stop at the intersection with CR 4 causing the vehicle to collide with a 2017 Can Am motorcycle being operated by Nelson E. Dolbear, 71, of 904 Red Schoolhouse Rd., Fulton, NY. Mr. Dolbear was transported by ambulance to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. Ms. Beckwith was issued UTT’s for Failure to Stop for STOP Sign and Operating Unregistered MV.
On 6/24/18 at 4:58 p.m., Pat J. Luke, 55, of 43 Besaw Rd., Phoenix, NY was operating a 2018 Nissan pickup north on SR 264 in the Town of Palermo when the vehicle reportedly rear ended a 2018 Subaru that had stopped at the intersection with SR 49 and was being operated by Denise M. Hemingway, 57, of 79 Hurlbut Rd., Mexico, NY. Mr. Luke was issued a UTT for Following too Closely.
On 6/27/18 at 12:02 p.m., Erica L. Horning, 35, of 956 Middle Rd., Bldg. 1S, Oswego, NY was arrested based on an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Mexico Court. Ms. Horning was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and is scheduled to return to the Town of Mexico Court on 7/3/18.
On 6/27/18 at 7:02 p.m., Douglas J. Hauser, 55, of 39 Niagara Street, Oswego, NY was operating a 2015 Chevrolet south on Baylis Street making a left-hand turn onto SR 104 in the Town of Oswego when the vehicle reportedly struck a road sign. Mr. Hauser was issued a UTT for Leaving the Scene of a Property Damage Accident.
On 6/28/18 at 6:02 a.m., Moses Wilson III, 34, of 825 S Wilbur Ave., Syracuse, NY was arrested for Felony DWI (previous conviction in 2015); AUO, 1st degree (20 scoffs with 17 on 7 dates), a class E felony; Refusal to Take Breath Test; Use Other Vehicle w/o Interlock System, a class A misdemeanor; No License; Speeding and Reckless Driving following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico reportedly initiated after patrol confirmed the vehicle’s speed with radar. Mr. Wilson was arraigned in the Town of Palermo Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond with a return to Town of Mexico Court on 7/3/18.
On 6/28/18 at 12:02 p.m., Yvette C. Isabell, 24, of 348 South Rail Road Street, Parish, NY was arrested for Grand Larceny, 4th degree, a class E felony and Unauthorized Use of MV, 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident in the Town of Parish where she allegedly used the victim’s vehicle without permission along with taking their purse. Ms. Isabell is scheduled to answer the charges on 7/24/18 in the Town of Parish Court.
On 6/28/18 at 12:26 p.m., Christopher C. Breedlove, 45, of 751 CR 3, Fulton, NY was charged with AUO, 2nd degree; No License and Operating MV w/o Inspection Certificate following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Volney. Mr. Breedlove was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 8/6/18.
On 6/28/18 at 1:07 p.m., Joseph A. Mushtare, 52, of 118 W Broadway Street, Apt. 3, Fulton, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Granby where a child in his care left the residence through a window. Mr. Mushtare is scheduled to answer the charge on 7/23/18 in the Town of Granby Court.
