Watertown Police Department:
Alexis C. Hughes, 27, of 95 Maywood Terrace, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, May 27, at her residence with endangering the welfare of a child. She is accused of pushing Desiree Cox who was holding an 8-month-old girl in her arms at about 7:45 p.m. May 27 at Maywood Terrace, police said. The child was struck in the face by Ms. Hughes, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear June 13 in City Court.
David J. Gray, 45, of 328 Stone St., lower apt., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 12:27 a.m. Monday, May 28, at his residence with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Mr. Gray is accused of throwing and breaking kitchen items valued at $5 during a domestic incident at about 12:17 a.m. Monday at his apartment, police said. He also allegedly threatened to kill Melony Gray during the incident, police said. He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in Town of Watertown Court.
Lynn M. Tynon, 27,. of 542 Cooper St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 7:47 p.m. Sunday, May 27, at her residence with disorderly conduct. It is alleged she screamed at and threatened police and emergency medical services personnel while charging towards an officer on scene, according to court documents. She is summoned to appear June 20 in City Court.
Catherine J. Chipp, 47, of 409 Clay St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:47 p.m. Sunday, May 27, at 409 Clay St. with unlawfully dealing with fireworks. She is accused of exploding several dangerous fireworks at about 10:29 p.m. April 27 in the 400 block of Clay Street, police said. She is summoned to appear June 14 in City Court.
Shellie J. McArdell, 51, of 639 Olive St., Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 6:35 p.m. Sunday, May 27, in the 900 block of Summer Street, with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unsafe backing. She is summoned to appear June 13 in City Court.

Teyra A. Austin, 19, of 263 State St., Apt. 204, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 9:00 p.m. Friday, May 25, at Wal-Mart, 20823 Route 3, town of Watertown, with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing three tanks tops and a pair shorts with a total value of $14.96 when she placed the items in Makayla Hatch’s diaper bag and passed all points of sale at about 10:30 p.m. May 22, deputies said. She is ordered to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
Makayla M. Hatch, 21, of 454 S. Massey St., Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Wal-Mart, 20823 Route 3, town of Watertown, with petit larceny. She is accused of stealing clothing by concealing items in a diaper bag and exiting the store without attempting to pay at about 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 22, deputies said. She is summoned to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
Tamara L. Hatch, 21, of 263 State St., Apt. 401, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday, May 23, at Wal-Mart, 20823 Route 3 with petit larceny. She is accused of aiding and abetting Makayla Hatch and Jessica Peto in stealing clothing items by concealing them in a diaper bag and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 10:30 p.m. May 22, deputies said. She is summoned to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
Jessica M. Peto, 27, of 263 State St., Apt. 401, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 9:00 p.m. May 25 at Wal-Mart, 20823 Route 3, town of Watertown, with petit larceny. She is accused of aiding and abetting Makayla Hatch and Tamara Hatch in stealing clothing items by concealing them in a diaper bag and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 10:30 p.m. May 22, deputies said. She is summoned to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
Brandon L. Parker, 20, of 132 William St., Apt. C, Watertown, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 8:00 p.m. May 25 at Wal-Mart, 20823 Route 3, town of Watertown, with petit larceny. He is accused of stealing an iPhone cell phone case valued at $3 by passing to to Makayla Hatch who concealed it in a diaper bag and exited the store without attempting to pay at about 10:30 p.m. May 22, deputies said. He is summoned to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
Dillon J. Weston, 25, of 8883 Middle Road, Dexter, was charged by Jefferson sheriff’s deputies at 6:02 p.m. Saturday, May 26, at 600 William St. in Dexter with disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of a child. He is accused of yelling profanities in front of a child during a domestic incident, deputies said. He is summoned to appear June 7 in Dexter Village Court.
Heidi M. Shoen, 61, of 13435 North St., Adams Center, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 6:08 p.m. May 17 on County Route 71 in the town of Henderson with driving while intoxicated, imprudent speed and failure to keep right following a personal injury accident. A blood sample was drawn at Samaritan Medical Center in Watertown to determine her blood alcohol content, deputies said. She is summoned to appear in Hounsfield Town Court.
Kayleigh I. Arnold, 26, of 10506 Aubel Road, Carthage, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. May 27 at the Carthage Police Department on a violation of probation warrant, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Chantelle R. Evans, 25, of 379 Flower Ave. E., Watertown, was arrested at 4:47 p.m. May 25 at Carthage Area Hospital on a violation of probation warrant, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Danny W. Hussey, 41, of 103 N. Orchard St., Watertown, was arrested at 6:55 p.m. May 26 at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on a violation of probation warrant, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
Jonathan M. Earl, 31, of 844 Ann St., Watertown, was cited by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 10:55 p.m. May 25 on the Black River Trail in the town of Watertown with unlawful possession of marijuana. Deputies said they conducted a vehicle check and found Mr. Earl engaged in sexual behavior in the rear seat and was found in possession of a small plastic baggie containing marijuana. He is summoned to appear June 7 in Town of Watertown Court.
