Watertown Police Department:

A boy and a girl, both 16, were each charged by Watertown police at 2:50 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at the Metro Jefferson Public Safety Building with second-degree falsely reporting an emergency. They are each accused of pulling a fire alarm at North Elementary School on July 10, police said. Both are summoned to appear in City Court.

James A. Eggleston, 20, of 44 Grange Ave., Adams, was cited by Watertown police at 9:44 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, in the 1000 block of Washington Street with unlawful possession of marijuana and a headlamp violation. Police said he possessed marijuana in a clear ziplock-style sandwich baggie located in his front right pants pocket. He is summoned to appear Sept. 26 in City Court.

Erin J. Graves, 27, of 814 Academy St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was cited by Watertown police at 1:17 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at 814 Academy St. with unlawful possession of marijuana. Police said marijuana was located in an orange pill bottle in plain view on a coffee table in the the main room of her apartment. She is summoned to appear Sept. 26 in City Court.

Jason P. Edwards, 37, of 109 Woodlawn Ave., Glen Park, was charged by Watertown police at 10:45 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, in the 600 block of Bronson Street with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, using a vehicle without an interlock device, inadequate lights and driving without a license. He was being held on $250 police bail pending arraignment in City Court.

On 9/3/18 at 7:50 a.m., David M. Buske, 31, of 97 S.W. 9^th Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 104 in the Town of Mexico. Mr. Buske is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/2/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

On 9/3/18 at 5:45 p.m., Troy D. Merriam, 47, of 411 Durston Ave., Syracuse, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on CR 29 in the Town of Scriba. Mr. Merriam is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/4/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 9/5/18 at 11:45 a.m., Dyamond L. Deaver, 25, of 5607 Bear Rd., Apt. 9, North Syracuse, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 481 in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Deaver is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/27/18 in the Town of Scriba Court.

On 9/6/18 at 8:01 a.m., Brandon W. Ceratt, 34, of 180 Rochester Street, Hannibal, NY was charged with AUO, 3^rd degree and Speeding in School Zone following a traffic stop on Cayuga Street in the Village of Hannibal. Mr. Ceratt is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/18/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.

On 9/7/18 at 8:41 a.m., Amber E. Mack, 33, of 226 Seneca Street, Fulton, NY was arrested for Identity Theft, 2^nd degree, a class E felony; Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 4^th degree, a class E felony and Forgery, 2^nd degree, a class D felony stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred in the Town of Hannibal on 5/1/18 where she allegedly used the victim’s debit card and personal information to withdraw funds from an ATM machine. Ms. Mack was arraigned in the Town of Hannibal Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $3,000 cash or $6,000 bond with a return to court on 9/18/18.

On 9/7/18 at 11:12 a.m., Stephanie A. Derochie, 25, of 4263 SR 104, New Haven, NY was arrested for Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred on 8/11/18 in the Town of New Haven where she allegedly allowed the victim to be in the presence of an individual of which has an active order of protection filed against them, protecting the victim. Ms. Derochie is scheduled to answer the charge on 10/18/18 in the Town of New Haven Court.

On 9/7/18 at 5:01 p.m., Michael A. Benson, 68, of 39 CR 1A, Oswego, NY was arrested for DWI; Aggravated DWI and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following the investigation into a one vehicle mva on CR 1A in the Town of Scriba, 1/10 mile west of Bayshore Drive, that reportedly occurred when the 2009 Ford pickup he was operating was traveling east and he lost control causing the vehicle to exit the roadway and strike a guard rail then roll down an embankment. Mr. Benson was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and is scheduled to return on 9/13/18.

On 9/7/18 at 5:12 p.m., Jasmine L. Diaz, 26, of 502 Village North Blvd., Baldwinsville, NY was charged with AUO, 2^nd degree and Speeding following a traffic stop on SR 13 in the Town of Williamstown. Ms. Diaz was arraigned in the Town of Williamstown Court and is scheduled to return on 10/8/18.

On 9/7/18 at 8:27 p.m., Jennifer A. Potter, 44, of 14 Catherine Street, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on Gilbert Mills Rd. in the Town of Volney. Ms. Potter is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/24/18 in the Town of Volney Court.

On 9/8/18 at 5:15 a.m., Michelle M. Gallo, 35, of 15 Hoyt Rd., Pennellville, NY was charged with AUO, 3^rd degree; Improper Plates and No Front License Plate following an incident on Hoyt Rd. in the Town of Schroeppel. Ms. Gallo is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/19/18 in the Town of Schroeppel Court.

On 9/8/18 at 10:09 a.m., a 15-year-old male residing in the Town of Scriba was charged with Juvenile Delinquency, for an act if committed by an adult would constitute the charge of Criminal Contempt, 2^nd degree, a class A misdemeanor. The male is accused of pushing the victim of which has an active order of protection filed against him. The male and his parent were issued a Juvenile Appearance Ticket directing them to contact the Oswego County Probation Dept.

On 9/8/18 at 10:45 p.m., Christi Biroscak, 35, of 7021 Otis Drive, Red Creek, NY was arrested for DWI; Operating MV with BAC .08 of 1% and Crossing Road Hazard Markings following the investigation into a one vehicle mva on SR 104 near Thompson Rd. in the Town of Oswego. Ms. Biroscak is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/24/18 in the Town of Oswego Court.

On 9/9/18 at 1:28 p.m., a 14-year-old female residing in the Town of Amboy was charged with Juvenile Delinquency for an act if committed by an adult would constitute the charge on Menacing, 2^nd degree, a class A misdemeanor. The youth is accused of throwing a knife at the victim. The female and her parent were issued a Juvenile Appearance Ticket directing them to contact the Oswego County Probation Dept.

On 9/9/18 at 8:11 a.m., Paul J. Willcox, 28, of 1913 Mexico Street, Altmar, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief, 3^rd degree, a class E felony and 3 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a class A misdemeanor following an incident in the Town of Albion where he allegedly jumped on a moving vehicle multiple times with children inside causing damage to the vehicle. Mr. Willcox was arraigned in the Town of Albion Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $3,000 bond with a return to court on 10/15/18.

On 9/9/18 at 6:45 p.m., Samantha R. Erkan, 24, of 42 SW 9^th Street, Apt. 1, Oswego, NY was charged with Registration Suspended following a traffic stop on SR 3 in the Town of Hannibal. Ms. Erkan is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/25/18 in the Town of Hannibal Court.

On 9/9/18 at 9:09 p.m., Raymond C. Auringer Jr., 43, of 451 CR 11, Lot 6, West Monroe, NY was charged with Disorderly Conduct following an incident in the Town of West Monroe. Mr. Auringer is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/17/18 in the Town of West Monroe Court.

On 9/9/18 at 11:25 Jimmy M. Diaz, 41, of 316 Worth Street, Apt. ½, Fulton, NY was arrested for Assault, 3^rd degree, a class A misdemeanor following the investigation into an incident in the Town of Granby that occurred on 8/25/18 where he allegedly sprayed pepper spray in the victim’s face. Mr. Diaz is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/24/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 9/10/18 at 4:24 a.m., Shaiana L. Hahn, 25, of 52 Davis Street, Phoenix, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny, a class A misdemeanor following an incident at the Town of Granby Wal-Mart. Ms. Hahn is scheduled to answer the charge on 9/24/18 in the Town of Granby Court.

On 9/10/18 at 7:27 a.m., Shaiana L. Hahn, 25, of 52 Davis Street, Phoenix, NY was arrested for Criminal Impersonation, 2^nd degree and Resisting Arrest, both class A misdemeanors following an incident in the Town of Scriba. Ms. Hahn was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and remanded to the OCJ in lieu of $1,000 cash or $2,000 bond with a return to court on 9/13/18.

On 9/10/18 at 9:01 a.m., Victor E. Rodriguez, 22, of 111 W. Bridge Street, Oswego, NY was arrested based on a Bench Warrant issued out of the Town of Granby. Mr. Rodriguez was arraigned in the Town of Granby Court and is scheduled to return on 10/15/18.

On 9/10/18 at 10:25 a.m., Amanda L. Cahill, 29, of 6 Minerva Street, Oswego, NY was arrested for Welfare Fraud, 4^th degree; Grand Larceny, 4^th degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing, 1^st degree, all class E felonies stemming from the investigation into an incident that occurred from 2/14-5/15 when she allegedly received benefits from the Oswego County Department of Social Services due to not reporting incomes received. Ms. Cahill is scheduled to answer the charges on 9/25/18 in the Town of Mexico Court.

Jake F. Takacs, 19, Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 4:29 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at Routes 11 and 342 in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. Mr. Takacs is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.

Ramon A. Colon, 26, Philadelphia, was charged by state police at 4:35 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, on Route 11 in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. Mr. Colon is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.

Bryan D. Rivers, 28, Carthage, was charged by state police at 1:55 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, on Route 26 in the town of Lowville with driving while intoxicated and unsafe lane change. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. Mr. Rivers is summoned to appear in Lowville Town Court.

Tari L. Nolan, 47, Mannsville, was charged by state police at 12:56 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, on Route 11 in the town of Sandy Creek with driving while intoxicated. A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. Mr. Nolan is summoned to appear in Sandy Creek Town Court.

A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Troopers did not provide his BAC. Mr. Henderson is summoned to appear in Central Square Village Court.

Matthew J. Stone, 30, Canton, was charged by state police at 10:42 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on County Route 27 in the town of Fine with DWI, refusal to take a breath test, consumption of alcohol in a vehicle and unregistered vehicle. He is summoned to appear in Fine Town Court.

Carol S. Carson, 66, Carthage, was charged by state police at 4:38 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, on Route 11 in the town of Rossie with driving while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. She is summoned to appear in Rossie Town Court.

David C. Kurtz, 28, West Monroe, was charged by state police at 4:01 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, on Route 49 in the town of Hastings with driving while intoxicated. He is summoned to appear in Hastings Town Court.

Thomas W. Hicks, 40, Sterling, was charged by state police at 10:09 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on Route 3 in the town of Hannibal with felony DWI and felony first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation. The DWI charge is a felony due to a previous conviction within the past 10 years, troopers said.

Patricia A. Paice, 58, Pennellville, was charged by state police at 11:20 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on County Route 57 in the town of Schroeppel with driving while intoxicated. She is summoned to appear in Schroeppel Town Court.

Douglas S. Paye, 46, West Monroe, was charged by state police at 8:14 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on County Route 22 in the town of Albion with driving while intoxicated. She is summoned to appear in Albion Town Court.

Blake C. Tarbell, 34, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 7:45 a.m. Friday, Sept. 7, at 60 North Road, town of Brasher, with driving while intoxicated. He is summoned to appear in Brasher Town Court.

Thomas M. O’Brien, 58, Waddington, was charged by state police at 3:00 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, on Route 56 in the town of Norfolk with DWI, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle and parking on a highway. He is summoned to appear in Norfolk Town Court.

Barbara A. Namias, 69, Hogansburg, was charged by state police at 8:55 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 9, at 10 State Highway 37C in the town of Massena with DWI, failure to use designated lane and failure to keep right. She is summoned to appear in Massena Town Court.

Phillip M. Stevenson, 43, Dexter, was charged by state police at 5:41 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at 17311 Evans Road, town of Hounsfield, with petit larceny. He is summoned to appear in Pamelia Town Court.

Graciela Gutierrez-Morillon, 26, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 25737 Route 11, town of LeRay, with petit larceny. She is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.

Avaughn M. Walker, 22, Evans Mills, was charged by state police at 6:15 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at 26135 King Court, town of LeRay, with petit larceny. He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.

Jeffery S. Passino, 38, Sandy Creek, was charged by state police at 9:25 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, at 1 Park Ave. in the town of Sandy Creek with animal cruelty and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He is ordered to appear in Sandy Creek Town Court.
