Watertown Police Department:
Miranda A. Ives, 31, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at 624 Gotham St. with criminal possession of precursors of methamphetamine. She is accused of possessing pseudoephedrine, aluminum foil, lithium metal, rubbing alcohol, acetone and butane, police said. She was being held on $750 police bail pending arraignment Sunday morning in City Court.
Shane M. Avery, 30, of 1620 Huntington St., Apt. S1, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:33 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at 624 Gotham St. with second-degree criminal impersonation and violation of probation. He allegedly provided officers with the name of Daniel C. Avery in an attempt to avoid being arrested for a violation of probation warrant, according to court documents. He was turned over the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department on the probation violation warrant.
Raysean Lewis, 31, of 1106 Coffeen St., Apt. B4, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, at 1 Public Square with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to obey a traffic device and operating a vehicle with a suspended registration. He is summoned to appear Sept. 19 in City Court.
Brandon M. Cronce, 26, of 232 W. Main St., Apt. 37, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 10:06 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at 229 N. Massey St. with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unregistered motor vehicle, insufficient tail lamps and driving without a license. He is summoned to appear Sept. 13 in City Court.

Aric P. Barney, 41, of 11804 Route 11, North Lawrence, was charged by St. Lawrence County sheriff’s deputies with failure to change his address with the State Sex Offender Registry within 10 days, a Class E felony. Deputies allege Barney moved from his residence in Massena on July 2 to an address in the town of Lawrence without making the proper timely notification to the state registry. Barney was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Lawrence Town Court at a later date.

Duane Mingeteg, 22, of 10234 Fourth Armored Div. Dr., Fort Drum, was charged by Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on Route 37 in the town of Theresa with aggravated driving while intoxicated following a property damage accident. His blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent, deputies said. A BAC of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Aggravated DWI, which carries harsher penalties upon conviction, is charged when the BAC is 0.18 percent or greater. He was also cited with failure to stop at a stop sign. He is summoned to appear Sept. 18 in Theresa Town Court.

Gary M. Rowland, 56, Chaumont, was charged by state police at 8:03 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, on Road 1249 in the town of Brownville with disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. Troopers did not provide further details. He is summoned to appear in Brownville Town Court.
Christopher M. Perciful, 37, Watertown, was charged by state police at noon Saturday, Sept. 1, at 381 Franklin St. with petit larceny in connection with an incident reported at 10:50 a.m. Saturday in the town of Watertown. He is summoned to appear in town of Watertown Court at a later date.
Thomas Dunwoody, 24, Fort Drum, was charged by state police at 1:53 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 1, at 26070 Jewett Place in the town of LeRay with driving while intoxicated. Troopers did not provide his blood alcohol content. He is summoned to appear in LeRay Town Court.
Kirt D. Hand, 37, Alexandria Bay, was charged by state police at 7:11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, on Interstate 81 in the town of Ellsiburg with first-degree operation of a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unsafe lane change. He is summoned to appear in Ellisburg Town Court.
Cody M. Aubin, 19, Watertown, was charged by state police at 12:56 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31, at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with petit larceny in connection with an incident reported June 14 in the town of Philadelphia.
Michael A. Townsend, 59, Glenfield, was charged by state police at 4:00 p.m. Aug. 31 at 5696 Greig Road in the town of Greig with second-degree harassment. He is summoned to appear in Greig Town Court at a later date.
Joshua R. Ralston, 34, Pulaski, was cited by state police at 5:00 p.m. Aug. 23 with second-degree harassment in connection with an incident reported July 30 in Richland Town Court.
Justin E. Bruce, 30, Brasher Falls, was charged by state police at 12:40 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 2, on Furnace Street in the town of Norfolk with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He is summoned to appear in Norfolk Town Court.
