WATERTOWN, NY — Members of the Watertown Police Department and Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at about 6 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, at 650 Emerson St.
Patrick D. Stewart, Sr., 49, of 650 Emerson St., lower apt., was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon – ammo clip, a felony.
Watertown police allege Stewart possessed a large capacity ammunition feeding device capable of holding 30 rounds of ammunition at about 1:06 a.m. Sept. 6 at 650 Emerson St., lower apt., according to court documents.
Stewart was arraigned Thursday morning in City Court and ordered held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building with no bail.
