LOWVILLE, NY — Pamela L. Smith, 35, Port Leyden, was arrested at 6:08 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, on an arrest warrant for failure to appear, according to the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said she was located at a residence on River Road in the town of Lyonsdale during a domestic incident.
“Upon being taken into custody, Smith was found in possession of a quantity of marijuana,” deputies wrote.
Smith was arraigned in Port Leyden Village Court and released on her own recognizance.
She is additionally summoned to appear in Lyonsdale Town Court at a later date to answer the unlawful possession of marijuana citation.
