Ronald T. Henderson, 61, Watertown

WATERTOWN, NY — Ronald Terry Henderson was born Nov. 28, 1957, in Brookhaven, MS to Arthur and Annie P. Henderson. He departed his life April 4, 2019, in Watertown, NY.

Ronald was a graduate of the class of 1977 at Brookhaven High School where he was a proud member of the Panther Football and Track Teams. After graduating he joined the U.S. Army where he met and married Deborah “Dee” Henderson.
During his time served he was stationed in Fort Leonardwood, MO, Fort Sam Houston, TX, Fort Hood, TX, and Fort Drum, NY. His military career also took him to Korea and Germany where he received many awards and commendations.
Ronald loved the sport of hunting. He worked at Jefferson Rehabilitation Center in Watertown, NY from November 1990 until April 2019.

Preceding him was his father, Arthur Henderson; his grandparents, Willie & Ardella Henderson and Leroy & Jessie Carter; brother, William A. Henderson; and brother-in-law, Calvin Carter.

His memories live on through his wife, Deborah Henderson of Selma, AL; his daughters, Natika (Brandon) Kimbrough of Selma, AL and Sabrina Henderson of Meridian, MS; his mother, Annie P. Henderson of Brookhaven, MS; brothers, Willie (Kyong Sil) Henderson of Lawton, OK, twin brother, Donald (Henrietta) Henderson of Lake Wales, FL, Leroy (Christine) Henderson of Lakeland, FL and Ephrain (Silva) Henderson of Wesson, MS; sisters, Griselda Henderson of Los Angeles, CA, Pamela Henderson of Brookhaven, MS, and Barbara Carter of Brookhaven, MS; mother-in-law, Minister Delores Hunder of Selma, AL; and a host of uncles, aunts, nephews, cousins and friends.
