Accident investigation on Route 3 between Watertown and Black River

WATERTOWN, NY — A section of Route 3 between Water Street and Route 342 in the town of LeRay is closed this morning due to a vehicle striking a utility pole, according to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office.
