WATERTOWN, NY — Ruth A. Jones, 52, Watertown, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 11, 2018, at the Samaritan Medical Center.
Born Dec. 24, 1965, in Watertown, the daughter of Kenneth and Jane (Pharoah) Monica, she graduated from Watertown High School and following school was a homemaker.
She enjoyed shopping, cooking and taking rides in the country.
Among her survivors are her son, Kenneth C. Hankins, OK; her companion, Frank Orue, Watertown; her brother and sisters, Joanne and Paul Kaune, PA, Jeff Bevens, Evans Mills, June Tolbert, PA, Lisa and Ernie Lowes, Watertown, Beverly Monica, Watertown, Joan and Bob Alford, TX; several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements are with the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home, 117 N. Massey St., Watertown. A calling hour from 1 to 2 p.m. will precede the service at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in N. Watertown Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
