ANTWERP, NY — Jean Valerie Smart, 79, passed away on Friday, February 27, 2026.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Frederick Bros. Funeral Home, Theresa, NY.
A calling hour will be from 1-2pm and a service at 2pm, officiated by Pastor William Moran of the Indian River Baptist Church, Philadelphia. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Antwerp, following services. Family and friends are invited to meet at the Antwerp American Legion following the committal.
