WATERTOWN, NY — Shirley A. Frasier, 84, Watertown, passed away Tuesday, March 12, 2019, at the Samaritan Medical Center, Watertown, where she had been a patient since March 8.
She was born Oct. 4, 1934, in Watertown, a daughter to Harley and Dorothy White Frasier.
Surviving are two sisters, Esther Frasier, Watertown; Beverly (Jerry) Waite, Philadelphia, NY; nephew Michael (Jessica) Frasier, North Carolina; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by six brothers, Alvin, Robert, Douglas, Charles, Vernon, Raymond Frasier and her sister Ruth Frasier.
A graveside service will be held in the Black River Cemetery at a date and time to be announced.
