WATERTOWN, NY — A memorial service for Franklin Roberts will be held 11 a.m. June 10 in Brownville Cemetery. The service will be followed by a gathering at the Town Of Watertown Fire Hall, outer Washington St next to Brookside Cemetery. Come and join the family to share memories of Frank and have lunch.
