WATERTOWN, N.Y. – The spring burial for Harlow Richard Dixon will be held 10 a.m. Friday, May 26, 2023, in North Watertown Cemetery. Military honors will be rendered.
Harlow Richard Dixon, 76, peacefully embarked on a new journey on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at his home, surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Jefferson County Hospice.
