CARTHAGE, NY — Graveside services with military honors will be held for Wayne Keenan Rusho, 77, of S. James St., Carthage, on Sunday, April 28th at 12:00 Noon in St. James Cemetery, Carthage with Anne Rohr officiating.
Wayne passed away at his residence on Feb. 15, 2024, in Carthage.
Arrangements are with the Bezanilla-McGraw Funeral Home, Carthage.
