CANTON, NY — On October 3, 2020, the New York State Police seized a large quantity of drugs during a commercial vehicle checkpoint in St. Lawrence County, NY.
A courier delivery vehicle was inspected and found to be carrying approximately 100 kilograms of cocaine which was concealed within the shipment.
This investigation remains ongoing and assistance is being provided by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), United States Customs and Border Protection (USCBP), Saint Regis Mohawk Tribal Police, and local and federal law enforcement agencies assigned to the local DEA Drug Task Force.
