WATERTOWN, NY — State Police in Watertown is investigating an incident that occurred at the Walmart Store on State Route 3 in the town of Watertown, NY.
On June 26, 2019, an unidentified male was captured on store surveillance video not paying for $76 worth of merchandise in the self-checkout register and leaving the store with a juvenile, troopers allege.
