WATERTOWN, NY — City police responded to a one-vehicle accident shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday, July 29, in the 100 block of Arsenal Street.
A Jeep Renegade sport utility vehicle crashed into the concrete wall in front of the Jefferson County Court Complex, 163 Arsenal St., causing air bags to deploy in the vehicle.
Police conducted field sobriety tests on the female operator, placed her into handcuffs and transported her to the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Department.
Further details have not been released by police at this time.
No injuries were reported.
Police were assisted by city firefighters and Guilfoyle Ambulance.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Roadside Warriors (315) 777-3476.
