WATERTOWN, NY — Shyquest K. Powell, 17, of 616 Lodi St., and Sosa Stroman, 17, of 205 Herkimer St., both of Syracuse, were each charged by Watertown police at 3:42 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, at 21000 Route 3, town of Watertown, with petit larceny.
They are each accused of exiting Herb Philipson’s, 1283 Arsenal St., at about 2:02 p.m. Tuesday without paying for $154.96 worth of merchandise, police said.
They were both being held pending arraignment Tuesday evening in City Court.
