WATERTOWN, NY — Debra J. Marquette, 17, of 146 Union St., Apt. 2, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 9:32 p.m. Saturday, July 21, at her residence with petit larceny.
She is accused of stealing lip balm valued at $1 from Family Dollar, 146 Arsenal St., Watertown, at about 6:34 p.m. Saturday, police said.
She is summoned to appear Aug. 8 in City Court.
