WATERTOWN, NY —Â Â Cody A. Baildon, 17, of 17747 US Route 11, Lot 8K, Watertown, was charged by Watertown police at 11:49 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 29, at 17481 US Route 11 in the town of Watertown with third-degree grand larceny, a felony.
He is accused of stealing a 2004 GMC Sierra valued at $3,500 and belonging to Derek J. Koniz, 58, at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28, at 133 Bishop St., according to court documents.
He was being held at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building pending arraignment Monday morning in City Court.
