WATERTOWN, NY — Michael A. Kopriva, 29, of 3420 S. Coulter St., Apt. 435, Amarillo, Texas, was charged by Watertown police at 5:28 p.m. Monday, Sept. 10, in the 1300 block of Gotham Street with driving while intoxicated, imprudent speed and failure to keep right.
A blood alcohol content of 0.08 percent or more is considered proof of intoxication under state law. Police did not provide his BAC.
He is summoned to appear Sept. 24 in City Court.
