HARRISVILLE, NY — Thelma Betty Hotaling, 95, Harrisville, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019, at Lewis County Residential Health Care Facility.
She was born on Dec. 25, 1923, in Harrisville, NY, a daughter to the late Harvey and Flora (Ralph) Hooper. She attended Harrisville Central School.
She went on to work at Harrisville Paper Mill as a laborer.
Thelma married Clifton Hotaling.
Thelma is survived by her children, Bruce Hotaling; Elaine Hahn; three brothers, Marvin Hooper, Harrisville; Robert Hooper, Lowville; Hillary Hooper, Watertown; one sister, Elaine (Gerald) Wiley, Watertown; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by 12 siblings, Earl Hooper; Harley Hooper; Byron Hooper; Sidney Hooper; Charles Hooper; Sherman Hooper; Marion Seils; Donald Hooper; Dorothy Hughto; Neil Hooper; Nila Hooper; Delton Hooper.
A graveside service will be held at a date and time to be announced in Harrisiville Cemetery.
