WATERTOWN, NY — Todd R. Frank, 61, of Tamarac, FL, and formerly of Watertown, NY, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2020, under the care of hospice at home, after a long and valiant battle against cancer.
Born March 31, 1958, a son of Raymond B. Frank Jr. and Ann Rhodes Frank, he attended Watertown schools, and graduated in 1976 from Watertown High School and also attended Canton ATC.
Todd moved to Plano, Texas, in the early 1980s, where he became a commercial property manager/accountant with Urban Retail, which manages malls and shopping centers and worked for them the remainder of his career.
While in Texas, Todd became a pilot, flying helicopters as well as airplanes.
Todd relocated with his family to the Fort Lauderdale area, where
the rest of his family was living, in the late 1980s, transferring to the
company’s Boca Raton office.
In 1998, he was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and fought it bravely for the next 22 years.
Todd was an outstanding golfer; a sport that he enjoyed immensely. He also worked for the Golf Channel on weekends.
He was an accomplished pilot, and logged many hours flying banners for the Van
Wagner Company, along the beaches and over stadiums and events all over the
He also enjoyed riding his beautiful Harley-Davidson motorcycle for as long as
he was able.
Todd is survived by his loving wife Linda; two sons, Christopher, 37 and Taylor, 30, two brothers, Jeffrey and Raymond (Chip) Frank III; a grandson, Daniel, and his beloved German Shepherd, Rosy.
Both parents were deceased.

A “Celebration of Todd” will be held in Watertown, NY, at a location and date yet to be determined.
