WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown’s Water Department crews will begin a water line repair in the 100 block of Franklin Street.
The project will begin at 7 a.m, Thursday, October 31.
Franklin Street from Public Square to Goodale Street will be closed to traffic for the duration of the project and motorists are asked to use alternate routes. Local residents should make arrangements to park on nearby streets while this work is underway.
Water Department crews will install temporary barricades, signage and have flagmen on-site throughout the duration of the project.
