WATERTOWN, NY — The City of Watertown’s Department of Public Works will be making sewer repairs in the 900 block of Gotham Street, between South Hamilton Street and Brainard Street, starting Wednesday, October 27th @ 8:15 a.m.. Work is expected to be completed by 5:00 p.m and will resume Thursday, October 28th as well.
The 900 block of Gotham Street will be closed to thru traffic. Local residential traffic will be accommodated.
Public Works crews will establish work-zone traffic control devices to detour through traffic for the duration of the project.
Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during construction. If in this area, motorists should exercise extreme caution when encountering work crews and work zones.
